We often get asked lots of questions relating to the shows and ticket sales. We’ve put together this handy guide to help you navigate your way through the process.
What is the date of the concert?
Saturday 21st June 2025.
When is the on-sale date?
Venue pre-sale 10am Thursday 3rd October.
General sale 10am Friday 4th October.
Where can I buy tickets?
Standard tickets are available from https://www.liverpoolfc.com/tickets/tickets-availability and Ticketmaster.co.uk.
How many standard tickets can I buy?
A maximum of FOUR tickets per Supporter ID, per transaction applies.
Can I buy a hospitality package for the concert?
Yes these are available. You can call Liverpool FC on 0151 264 2222 or email concerthospitality@liverpoolfc.com for more information.
Is there a booking fee?
Yes, booking fees apply and can vary depending on the ticket agent.
Are there any age restrictions?
Children under the age of 14 are not permitted to access the standing area of the venue. LFC reserves the right to remove any child (and their responsible adult(s)) who in the opinion of LFC appears to be under 14 years of age from the standing area of the Venue or the Venue itself for safety reasons.
The front rows of middle and upper tiers across all stands are not suitable for children under the age of 18, including hospitality areas.
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult of 18 years or over.
The minimum age of entry is 2 years old and everyone within the venue must hold a valid ticket.
Who are the support acts?

What time will Billy Joel be on stage?
Door opening and show timings will be confirmed closer to the show date.
Are cameras allowed?
No professional cameras or recording equipment will be allowed into the stadium.
I can’t go any more and need to sell on my ticket. What do I do?

When will we receive our tickets?
This will be nearer the show date and will be advised.
I live outside of the UK; will you mail my tickets to me?
Please refer to your point of purchase.
I bought tickets off an unauthorised secondary ticket re-sale website and have been refused entry. What can I do to get my money back?
We advise purchasing from partnered ticket sellers only. In this instance we would advise that you need to contact the secondary site as we have no control over tickets being sold by unauthorised sites.
LFC is acting as sales agent in relation to the Event being staged at the Venue. All tickets are owned by and issued on behalf of the promoter.
I require a disability access ticket, will there be a designated area for me at the concert?
There will be a designated area for wheelchair users and a limited number of ambulant and BSL tickets available. Anyone who requires a disability access ticket can find information here https://www.liverpoolfc.com/tickets/tickets-availability

My circumstances have changed since I purchased my ticket and I now need an accessible ticket. What should I do?
Please contact our Disabled Concert ticket phone line on 0151 907 9399 and we will try and accommodate your needs.
Can I bring my own food and drinks into the stadium?
No. If any customers suffer from a condition that requires specific dietary requirements, please contact the venue prior to arrival to obtain permission to bring those products in, otherwise they will be confiscated on entry. Searches will be applied at point of entry and guests will be asked to discard any food or drinks before entering.
Will I be able to purchase food and drink in the stadium during the concert?
Yes, there will be a wide range of food and beverages available to buy. Alcohol will be available to buy for adults aged 18, however you will be required to provide photo identification as proof of age. There will also be on-pitch dispense service for standard tickets patrons.
Can I purchase official merchandise at the concert?
Yes you will be able to purchase official merchandise on the day of the concert, upon entry and exit and within the stadium.
I have a standard ticket, where do I sit / stand?
Tickets will be marked with entry point, standard standing tickets are allocated on the pitch and standard seating within the stands. There is no seating available in pitch standing areas.

Is the stadium a non-smoking venue?
Yes, Anfield Stadium is a non-smoking venue. There is no re-entry available.
I have an illness; will there be facilities to keep my medicine?
Any medicine would need to be kept with you at all times. Bags containing medical essentials will be subject to a bag search on arrival.
Where are the first aid areas?
There are first aid areas in each of the stands and there will be visible first aid provision on the pitch. If you require medical assistance during the show please alert the nearest steward who can direct you to first aid locations in and around the stadium.
How will I get up-to-date information in the days leading up to the concert?
LFC will have a concert page on their website dedicated to your event, please also contact the promoter direct and the agent you purchased your ticket from.
Can I bring a bag into the stadium?
Bags are not permitted in the stadium. The only exception is small bags A5 size (148.5mm x 210mm), official show merchandise in the clear plastic carrier bag provided or essential medical supplies.
100% of bags permitted will be subjected to a bag search on entry point.
What happens if it rains, can I bring an umbrella?
Only small umbrellas are allowed in to the stadium, however these cannot be used once inside the stadium.. Please see our prohibited items list. In the event of adverse weather conditions, we would advise bringing a rain mac or disposable rain coat.
Any article that might be used as a weapon, any person deemed to be offensive or abusive, or who may compromise public safety, will be reported to the police.
Where will the stage be within the stadium?

Can I bring posters/banners to the concert?
Flag poles or sticks for banners are prohibited. Whilst banners of a certain size themselves are not prohibited, please always be aware of other customers as potentially you may be blocking their view. For our permitted sizes please view our prohibited items PDF.
Will there be parking available on the day of the concert at the Stadium for the public?
There is no parking available at the Stadium, we recommend you take public transport where possible please refer to the dedicated concert page on our website leading up to the show.
Will there be coach parking available at the stadium?
Coach Parking will be available to park in with a pre-purchased parking ticket, please look for up-and-coming details on the LFC website.
Where can I get information on public transport to the venue?

Will there be a guide to assist in finding the stadium, the correct entrance and how to find my seat/area?
