Please do not arrive to the Stadium prior to doors, especially if you have a reserved seat. You will be asked to leave and return at an appropriate time.
Please note camping at the Stadium and in the immediate vicinity including local parks is NOT PERMITTED.
Do not come to the Stadium or surrounding areas unless you have a ticket for this event. Anfield is in a highly residential area, so we ask that you respect our neighbours by only travelling to Anfield if you have a ticket to the concert.
Before travelling to Anfield, please check your ticket and stadium map to locate your entry point to the stadium. Concert attendees are encouraged to take the time to familiarise themselves prior to arrival with the stadium layout, regardless of previous attendance at Anfield, as entrances and routes may differ.
Please note the minimum age you can enter the stadium without an adult is 16 years old. Any child under the age of 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult who is over 18 years old. Any child attending the concert without an accompanying adult will be refused entry. The minimum age for access to the pitch is 14, and must be accompanied by an adult, any child under the age of 14 will be refused entry to the pitch standing area.
Please respect the neighbourhood and its residents around the stadium. The Anfield area is home to many residents and businesses and the Club, Liverpool City Council and its partners are committed to improving street cleanliness and reducing anti-social behaviour. Please keep the area clean and tidy and dispose of your rubbish in the bins that are located around the stadium. Out of respect to our local residents, when you leave the event please keep noise to a minimum.
There will be a dedicated team of support staff located around the stadium who will be on hand to assist you with any queries you may have. There is also an information hub located at the LFCTV container on Anfield Road/ 97 Avenue should you need any assistance.
There will be dedicated Safeguarding Stewards who will be able to help with specific support for under 18’s and anybody who requires welfare support. These stewards will be located inside and outside of the stadium and they wear a purple tabard with the word ‘Safeguarding’ written on the back as shown below;
If you have children or adults requiring additional support in your group, please approach a Safeguarding Steward and ask for a wristband. We will write your contact number on the wristband and if the child or adult become separated, we will be able to contact you.
If a Child or Adult becomes separated, please make your way to your nearest Steward and they will be able to assist you.
There are two welfare areas around the stadium where you can seek assistance;
Anfield Road and 97 Avenue (Main Stand) Tent 4:30pm – 11:00pm
Sir Kenny Dalglish Stand Hub 4:30pm – 11:00pm
The official meeting point for ticket holders pre and post-show is situated outside of the Stadium on the corner of Anfield Road and 97 Avenue (Main Stand) next to both; the welfare tent and the LFCTV Container. If you are separated from friends and family please arrange to meet here, you can seek support from the welfare team if required.
If you are using the pick-up point after the show, the meeting point is located within Utting Avenue Car Park the designated drop off and pick up location. Please arrange to meet here for the pick up point. This will be signposted.
Only bags of A5 size or official show merchandise in the clear plastic carrier bag provided are permitted into the stadium. Those bags permitted will be subjected to a bag search and tag on entry.
No professional cameras or recording equipment will be allowed into the stadium.
At the discretion of the promoter, flags and/or banners may be permitted. Flag poles or sticks for banners are prohibited. Please always be aware of other customers as potentially you may be blocking their view. For our permitted sizes please refer to our prohibited items list above.

Anfield Stadium prides itself on being inclusive and accessible to all of its audience members. We recognise that disabled audience members may need assistance to fully enjoy the experience at Anfield Stadium and offer a variety of reasonable adjustments based on individual needs, not their disability.
Please note, due to safety concerns, access to the pitch standing areas will not be permitted to audience members in a wheelchair. Please note you must have the correct ticket to be granted access to the stadium.

Please note, entry will be upon production of Blue Badge and there is strictly no parking at these locations.
We welcome any audience members using an assistance dog, although we do ask for advanced notification so that we can allocate an appropriate space and also ensure that we have facilities or support available for you and your dog. Any medical equipment that may be required will also be welcome into the stadium with advance notification. Please let us know when purchasing tickets that you will be accompanied by an assistance dog, or if you require any specific medical equipment.
There are accessible toilets within the Stadium, and outside all toilets are clearly sign posted. There are also two changing places facilities available in the Stadium. One in the Kop and the other is located in the Main Stand.
A radar key is required for all accessible toilet facilities. Radar keys are available from stewards close to each facility Toilets are equipped with mirrors, distress alarm systems, support rails, high contrast décor, hand dryers, sinks and coat hooks at accessible heights and lever taps on sinks.
Catering facilities are available and accessible (low level counters) from most areas apart from the Main Stand middle tier (Levels 3 & 5) and Sir Kenny Dalglish stand area where steward assistance is available upon request.
