P!nk is making her return to Anfield in June 2024!

In the run up to a concert, we often get asked lots of questions relating to the shows and tickets. We’ve put together this handy guide to help you navigate your way through the process.

 

GENERAL INFORMATION

 

What are the dates of the concerts?

P!nk will perform at Anfield Stadium on Monday 24th and Tuesday 25th June 2024.

 

Where is Anfield Stadium located?

Anfield Stadium, the home of Liverpool Football Club, is situated in north Liverpool not far from the City Centre.

KidCutUp: 7:15pm

The Script: 7:35pm

P!nk: 8:55pm

Curfew: 11:00pm

Timings are approximate and subject to change.

 

STADIUM ACCESS

 

Where do I enter the Stadium?

Your ticket will determine your entrance point. Ticket holders must enter at the turnstile designated on their ticket.

Please refer to the customer map (below)  to plan your visit in advance. When approaching the stadium look out for signage and support staff to assist with directions to your entrance point.

What times do doors open?

Early Entry gates are open at 16:45hrs and General admission gates are 17:00hrs. Please do not arrive to the Stadium ahead of the time stated on your ticket.

 

Will there be any facility for me to queue early at the venue?

Anfield Stadium is in a highly residential area that is not suitable for advance queueing or overnight camping. Please DO NOT arrive to the Stadium ahead of the date and time advertised on your ticket. You will be asked to leave and return at a more appropriate time.

There is no early queueing facility, this includes early entry guests.

 

ACCESSIBILITY

There will be a designated wheelchair user area and some ease of access seating available. Please contact the Liverpool FC directly on 0151 264 2500. Subject to availability.

If your circumstances have changed since you purchased your ticket please contact the Liverpool FC on 0151 264 2500.

 

British Sign Language (BSL) interpreters

We will have British Sign Language interpretation at Anfield Stadium on Monday 24th June.

To get to the area where the interpreter is located please contact us ahead of the concert where we will try and facilitate your requirements.

 

TICKET INFORMATION

 

Are there any tickets still available to purchase?

Tickets are sold through official ticket agents.

Standard tickets are still available and can be purchased via ticketmaster here.

We advise purchasing from partnered ticket sellers only.

LFC is acting as sales agent in relation to the Event being staged at the Venue. All tickets are owned by, and issued on behalf of, the organisation responsible for the performance or event to which the sale relates (Promoter).

 

I have a hospitality ticket, who can I speak to about my ticket?

A full itinerary will be sent to all lead bookers approx 1 week prior to the concert date. If you have purchased a hospitality ticket via Liverpool FC and would like to discuss your booking, please contact the hospitality sales team on 0151 264 2222. Telephone lines are open from 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.

 

I can’t go any more and need to sell on my ticket. What do I do?

Please refer to your ticket terms and conditions.

 

I bought tickets off an unauthorised secondary ticket re-sale website and have been refused entry. What can I do to get my money back?

We advise purchasing from partnered ticket sellers only. In this instance we would advise that you need to contact the secondary site as neither LFC nor the Promoter have andt control over tickets being sold by unauthorised sites.

Are there any age restrictions?

Children under 2 years of age are not permitted into the stadium for this show. Children over 2 years of age must have a valid ticket.

Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult of 18 years or over.  LFC reserves the right to remove any child, who in the opinion of LFC, appears to be under 16 years of age and unaccompanied.

The standing area of the Venue is not suitable for children under 14 years of age.  LFC reserves the right to remove any child (and their responsible adult(s)) who in the opinion of LFC appears to be under 14 years of age from the standing area of the Venue or the Venue itself for safety reasons.

You may be asked to prove your age with photo identification so please bring a form of ID with you to the concert and have this ready for inspection at the gate.

 

Will my seat have a restricted view?

Customers should have been notified at the point of purchase of restricted view seats. Please contact your ticket provider directly if you have concerns or queries around this.

 

TRANSPORT

 

Will there be parking available on the day of the concert at the Stadium for the public?

There will be NO PUBLIC PARKING available at Anfield Stadium. Please find alternative ways to travel to and from the Stadium.

Please remember, Anfield is a highly residential area therefore parking enforcement will be in operation on concert days.

Due to crowd egress and road closures around the Stadium there will be long wait times for any vehicles using the Utting Avenue drop off and pick up service.

How do I get to Anfield?

There are many ways to travel to Anfield via public transport, on foot and cycling. Please refer to ‘Getting to and from Anfield’ information here to plan your journey and departure in advance.

 

Is there coach parking?

There is no coach parking at the Stadium. Coaches will be directed to Priory Road where there are limited coach bays available.

 

Where can I book coach travel?

SAFETY AND SECURITY

 

Can I bring a bag into the stadium?

Bags are not permitted in the stadium. The only exception is small bags A5 size (148.5mm x 210mm) or official show merchandise in the clear plastic carrier bag provided. 100% of bags permitted will be subjected to a bag search on entry point.

Is there a bag storage facility at the Stadium?

There is no bag storage facility at the Stadium, you will be asked to dispose of any bags larger than A5 or return to your accommodation to drop off your belongings.

 

Can I bring a fold away seat with me to use in pitch standing areas?

You will not be permitted to bring any seating into the venue. There is no seating available in pitch standing areas. If pitch standing tickets are not suitable for your needs, please contact your ticket provider.

 

Can I bring an umbrella?

Please refer to the prohibited items list. Please ensure you check the weather forecast prior to departure and you bring appropriate clothing for all weather conditions. You can find the list below.

Can I bring posters/banners to the concert?

No posters, signs, flags or banners of any size are allowed at P!NK’s concerts.

 

Are cameras allowed?

There are strictly no professional cameras or recording equipment will be allowed into the stadium. Please refer to the prohibited items list above.

 

Will I be able to purchase food and drink in the stadium during the concert?

There will be a wide range of food and beverages available to buy. Alcohol will be available to buy for adults aged 18, however you will be required to provide photo identification as proof of age. There will also be on-pitch dispense service for general admission patrons.

 

Can I bring my own food and drinks into the stadium?

If any customers suffer from a condition that requires specific dietary requirements, please contact the venue prior to arrival to obtain permission to bring those products in, otherwise they will be confiscated on entry. Searches will be applied at point of entry and guests will be asked to discard any food or drinks before entering.

 

Is the stadium a non-smoking venue?

Anfield Stadium is a non-smoking venue including cigarettes and e-cigarettes. You are unable to leave and re-enter the stadium.


I have an illness; will there be facilities to keep my medicine?

Any medicine would need to be kept with you at all times. Bags containing medical essentials will be subject to a bag search on arrival.

 

Where are the first aid areas?

There are first aid areas in each of the stands and there will be visible first aid provision on the pitch standing area.

External to the Stadium, there are two first aid locations, one on 97 Avenue by the LFCTV Studio and one at the Sir Kenny Dalglish Stand.

If you require first aid please look for a member of staff to assist you to your nearest location.

 

MERCHANDISE

 

Where can I purchase official merchandise at the concert?

Official Artist Merchandise retail units will be located around the Stadium on the day of the concert. Please note, there are no official merchandise sales on non-concert days around the venue.

 

Where can I collect my VIP Merchandise included with my ticket?

If you have purchased a ticket which includes an official merchandise gift, you will collect this at the check in point at your entry point. Details will be sent to ticketholders in advance to the concerts.

 

KEEPING UPDATED

 

How will I get up-to-date information in the days leading up to the concert?

Please follow @LFCHelp on X for official live concert updates prior to and on show days. Please also check for updates from the ticket agent you purchased your ticket from.

 

Where can I get information on public transport to the venue?

Please check your chosen transport providers website for service operating times, any changes in services and details of the last service of the evening. Please plan to leave the stadium early enough to make your way home safely.
