In the run up to a concert, we often get asked lots of questions relating to the shows and tickets. We’ve put together this handy guide to help you navigate your way through the process.

 

GENERAL INFORMATION

What are the dates of the concerts?

Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour will come to Anfield Stadium on Thursday 13th, Friday 14th and Saturday 15th June 2024.

 

Where is Anfield Stadium located?

Anfield Stadium, the home of Liverpool Football, is situated in north Liverpool not far from the City Centre.

 

 

STADIUM ACCESS

Where do I enter the Stadium?

Your ticket will determine your entrance point. Ticket holders must enter at the turnstile designated on their ticket.

Please refer to the customer map below to plan your visit in advance. When approaching the stadium look out for signage and support staff to assist with directions to your entrance point.

 

What times do doors open?

Early Entry gates are open at 15:00hrs and General gates is at 16:00hrs, the show is due to begin at 18:15hrs. Please do not arrive to the Stadium ahead of the time stated on your ticket.

 

Will there be any facility for me to queue early at the venue?

Anfield Stadium is in a highly residential area that is not suitable for advance queueing or overnight camping. Please DO NOT arrive to the Stadium ahead of the date and time advertised on your ticket. You will be asked to leave and return at a more appropriate time.

There is no early queueing facility, this includes early entry guests.

 

 

TICKET INFORMATION

Are there any tickets still available to purchase?

Tickets are sold through official ticket agents Ticketmaster and AXS. Any available tickets will be shown on their websites. Please be aware when purchasing tickets, we strongly recommend you only purchase tickets from official sellers.

Liverpool FC’s allocation of tickets has sold out. Including all levels of hospitality, standard tickets, and venue accessible tickets. If you have purchased a standard ticket through Liverpool FC and have queries, please use our contact form HERE and select enquiry type ‘Ticketing’ then ‘Concerts and Events’.

 

I have a hospitality ticket, who can I speak to about my ticket?

A full itinerary will be sent to all lead bookers approximately ten days prior to the concert date. If you have purchased a hospitality ticket via Liverpool FC and would like to discuss your booking, please contact the hospitality sales team on 0151 264 2222. Telephone lines are open from 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.

 

I can’t go any more and need to sell on my ticket. What do I do?

Please refer to your ticket terms and conditions.

 

I bought tickets off an unauthorised secondary ticket re-sale website and have been refused entry. What can I do to get my money back?

We advise purchasing from partnered ticket sellers only. In this instance we would advise that you need to contact the secondary site as LFC have no control over tickets being sold by unauthorised sites.

LFC is acting as sales agent in relation to the Event being staged at the Venue. All tickets are owned by, and issued on behalf of, the organisation responsible for the performance or event to which the sale relates (Promoter). Details of the Promoter are as follows:

AEG PRESENTS LIMITED, a company incorporated in England whose registered office is at 240 Blackfriars Road, 6th Floor, London, SE1 8NW (Company registered in England and Wales, No. 5452230) (“Licensee”).

Are there any age restrictions?

Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult of 18 years or over.  LFC reserves the right to remove any child, who in the opinion of LFC, appears to be under 16 years of age and unaccompanied.

Children under 14 are not permitted in the standing area. LFC reserves the right to remove any child (and their responsible adult(s)) who in the opinion of LFC appears to be under 14 years of age from the standing area of the venue or the venue itself for safety reasons.

You may be asked to prove your age with photo identification so please bring a form of ID with you to the concert and have this ready for inspection at the gate. As anyone under the age of 14 will not be allowed entry onto the standing pitch area, anyone suspected of being under the age of 14 will be required to produce ID with proof of age. We will accept any of the below documents - 

  • Passport
  • Driving licence – including full or provisional
  • Birth Certificate, Adoption Certificate or Certificate of registry of birth
  • Proof of National Insurance
  • Biometric Residence Card
  • National Identity Card

 

Will my seat have a restricted view?

Customers should have been notified at the point of purchase of restricted view seats. Please contact your ticket provider directly if you have concerns or queries around this.

 

 

TRANSPORT

Will there be parking available on the day of the concert at the Stadium for the public?

There will be NO PUBLIC PARKING available at Anfield Stadium. Please find alternative ways to travel to and from the Stadium.

Please remember, Anfield is a highly residential area therefore parking enforcement will be in operation on concert days.

Due to crowd egress and road closures around the Stadium there will be long wait times for any vehicles using the Utting Avenue drop off and pick up service.

How do I get to Anfield?

There are many ways to travel to Anfield via public transport, on foot and cycling. Please refer to ‘Getting to and from Anfield’ information here to plan your journey and departure in advance.

 

Is there coach parking?

There is no coach parking at the Stadium. Coaches will be directed to Priory Road where there are limited coach bays available.

 

 

SAFETY AND SECURITY

Can I bring a bag into the stadium?

Bags are not permitted in the stadium. The only exception is small bags A5 size (148.5mm x 210mm) or official show merchandise in the clear plastic carrier bag provided. 100% of bags permitted will be subjected to a bag search on entry point.

Is there a bag storage facility at the Stadium?

There is no bag storage facility at the Stadium, you will be asked to dispose of any bags larger than A5 or return to your accommodation to drop off your belongings.

 

Can I bring a fold away seat with me to use in pitch standing areas?

You will not be permitted to bring any seating into the venue. There is no seating available in pitch standing areas. If pitch standing tickets are not suitable for your needs, please contact your ticket provider.

 

Can I bring an umbrella?

Please refer to the prohibited items list below. Please ensure you check the weather forecast prior to departure and you bring appropriate clothing for all weather conditions.

 

Can I bring posters/banners to the concert?

Flag poles or sticks for banners are prohibited. Whilst banners of a certain size themselves are not prohibited, please always be aware of other concert goers as potentially you may be blocking their view. Please refer to the prohibited items list.

 

Are cameras allowed?

No professional or commercial cameras/photography equipment will be permitted, including video cameras, GoPros, audio recording devices or tripods. No video or audio recording will be allowed (except personal cell phones) and no extendable or attachable lenses on cameras or mobile phones are allowed. Please refer to the prohibited items list here.

 

Will I be able to purchase food and drink in the stadium during the concert?

There will be a wide range of food and beverages available to buy. Alcohol will be available to buy for adults aged 18, however you will be required to provide photo identification as proof of age. There will also be on-pitch dispense service for general admission patrons.

 

Can I bring my own food and drinks into the stadium?

Customers can bring with them a clear 500ml plastic bottle of water, no other food or drink will be permitted. If any customers suffer from a condition that requires specific dietary requirements, please contact the venue prior to arrival to obtain permission to bring those products in, otherwise they will be confiscated on entry. Searches will be applied at point of entry and guests will be asked to discard any other food or drinks before entering.

 

Is the stadium a non-smoking venue?

Anfield Stadium is a non-smoking venue including cigarettes and e-cigarettes. You are unable to leave and re-enter the stadium.


I have an illness; will there be facilities to keep my medicine?

Any medicine would need to be kept with you at all times. Bags containing medical essentials will be subject to a bag search on arrival.

 

Where are the first aid areas?

There are first aid areas in each of the stands and there will be visible first aid provision on the pitch standing area.

External to the Stadium, there are two first aid locations, one on 97 Avenue by the LFCTV Studio and one at the Sir Kenny Dalglish Stand.

 

 

MERCHANDISE

Where can I purchase official merchandise at the concert?

Official Artist Merchandise retail units will be located around the stadium from 11th June 2024 through to 15th June 2024. Early merchandise will be available from 12pm until 8pm on 11th June and from 10am until 8pm on 12th June. On show days, merchandise will be available from 10am.. Please note, there are no official merchandise sales on other dates around the venue.

 

Where can I collect my VIP Merchandise included with my ticket?

If you have a ticket with VIP Merchandise included and this has not been shipped to your home address in advance, you can collect your Merchandise from The KOP Bar which is located off Walton Breck Road. Opening hours are below.

12th June - 10:00am to 20:00

13th, 14th, 15th June 08:00am to 12:00pm & 22:00 to 23:30 (closed between 12:00 and 22:00)

 

THIS IS NOT PERMITTED INTO THE STADIUM DURING THE SHOW, THEREFORE PLEASE PLAN TO COLLECT PRE SHOW AND TAKE BACK TO YOUR ACCOMODATION OR POST SHOW.

How will I get up-to-date information in the days leading up to the concert?

Please follow @LFCHelp on X (formerly twitter) for official live concert updates prior to and on show days. Please also check for updates from the ticket agent you purchased your ticket from.

 

Where can I get information on public transport to the venue?

Please check your chosen transport providers website for service operating times, any changes in services and details of the last service of the evening. Please plan to leave the stadium early enough to make your way home safely.

What are the dates of the concerts?

When is the on-sale date?

Tickets will be available to purchase on Wednesday 12th July at 10:00 BST for those who were successful in the ticket ballot. 

 

Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets will be available from AXS and Ticketmaster and Liverpool FC only.  

To have access to buy tickets, you need to be an LFC Season Ticket Holder, Season Hospitality Member or LFC Official Member and successfully register following the details found here.

 

How many tickets can I buy?

Tickets will be limited to up to 4 per person based on a pre-registration process.

 

Is there a booking fee?

Tickets are sold subject to booking fee which vary by ticket agent, there is also a handling fee.

 

Are there any age restrictions?

I am a wheelchair user or need ease of access seating and would like to attend. Will there be a designated area for me at the concert?

Yes, there will be a designated wheelchair user area and some ease of access seating available. Please contact our Disabled Concert ticket phoneline on 0151 264 2500, option 1 to book your ticket and, if needed, one for your assistant. Subject to availability.

 

My circumstances have changed since I purchased my ticket and I am now a wheelchair user. What should I do?

Please contact LFC direct and we will try and accommodate your needs.

 

I live outside of the UK; will you mail my tickets to me?

Please refer to your point of purchase.
 

What if I have a ticket for the hospitality area, what time will these areas close?

Hospitality areas will be open for 1-hour post show, please see details of hospitality packages for more details. Packages may vary.

 

Is the stadium a non-smoking venue?

Yes, Anfield Stadium is a non-smoking venue.

No, this would need to be kept on your person at all times.

 

Will there be a guide to assist in finding the stadium, the correct entrance and how to find my seat/area?

This will be available on the website closer to the time.

I am an LFC Season Ticket Holder/Official Member, how many tickets can I register for?

You can register for up to a maximum of four tickets on your Supporter ID.

 

I am an LFC Seasonal Hospitality Member, can I register for standard concert tickets?

You can register for up to a maximum of four tickets on your Supporter ID.

 

Will I have to queue on the site to register my interest in purchasing tickets?

We do expect the site to be busy so you may have to queue at times.

 

Why can’t I see the Taylor Swift registration when I log into my Supporter ID account?

If you cannot see the Taylor Swift registration, you will not be eligible to register your interest. Registration is only available to:

  • Season Ticket Holders
  • Official Members who renewed their Membership for Season 2023/24 before midnight on Monday 19 June. 5pm 20th June 2023.
  • Seasonal Hospitality Members

 

I am a disabled supporter; can I register to purchase a wheelchair space/ambulant seating?

Supporters registered with LFC for disability tickets can register for the relevant disability access tickets they require:

Ambulant Seat Registration This must be allocated to the Ambulant Supporters Supporter ID
Wheelchair Space Registration    This must be registered to the Wheelchair Users Supporter ID
Personal Assistant Registration This must be allocated to the Personal Assistants Supporter ID (if required)

 

I am a disabled supporter; can I register for disabled and non-disabled tickets in the same booking?

Yes, you can register for up to a maximum of four disabled and non-disabled tickets in the same registration booking.

 

I am a disabled supporter; do I need to register with my Personal Assistant?

Yes, if you have a Personal Assistant, you must register for them in the same registration booking.

 

I am a disabled supporter with 2 Personal Assistants, can I register for tickets with both of them?

Wheelchair spaces and ambulant seating are available on a 1:1 ratio basis only. Should you wish to register for additional tickets, you can do so by selecting ‘Standard Ticket Registration’ as part of your registration.

 

Will I need to make a payment or enter card details when registering?

No, payment is not required during the registration process.

 

Are cameras allowed?

No professional cameras or recording equipment will be allowed into the stadium.

What happens if it rains, can I bring an umbrella?

No, Please refer to our prohibited items list. In the event of adverse weather conditions, we would advise bringing a rain mac or disposable rain coat.

Any article that might be used as a weapon, any person deemed to be offensive or abusive, or who may compromise public safety, will be reported to the police.
